You Never Smelled

One thing that always amazed me about you

Is that through every state

In every condition, 

You never smelled. There were a couple of times that maybe there was like..a light must..

And I think towards the end your but smelled a couple of times, but I also know that that was on purpose. 

I don’t know how you did that or why you did that. I don’t know how you made that possible. I know that GOD made it possible. 

The LORD is a fan of pleasant scents

And your scent was always pleasant. 

The LORD says to taste and see that the LORD is good. 

Indeed, he is. Indeed, he is. 

He must be, because he made you. 

I know that I do not deserve you. 

I know that I deserve what I’m getting now. 

I know that I deserve death. 

But even in this state I must reflect

How, over the course of all of this time was this the case. How did you manage to pull that off? 

Maybe one day

You will tell me your secret.
